What is DrawMate?
A patent-pending draw trainer built around the twist, the dig that decides who wins the ball. It clamps onto a post, holds your stick head on a spring-loaded shaft, and twists back like a live opponent.
How does it work?
Squeeze the clamp onto a standard post or lacrosse goal. Attach your stick head to the universal shaft and twist it 90° until it clicks and locks. Set the ball between your head and DrawMate's and push in: the lock releases and the torsion spring now pushes against you. Win the twist and the ball flies; ease off and DrawMate unwinds and keeps it.
Why focus on the twist instead of moving up and down?
Because the twist is where draws are won. The dig, rotating your head over the ball against your opponent's pressure, decides who gets possession; the lift just sends the ball. DrawMate isolates that one move so every rep trains it, the same way a batting tee isolates a swing. Fewer moving parts also means it clamps on in seconds instead of sitting on a heavy floor platform.
